“Soul” is the perfect combination between the Chef and the Carpenter’s skills.

Proudly handcrafted by Il Laboratorio(technology provided by Elfi). Made in Tuscany (Fatto in Toscana, if you prefer).

Chefs have secret-weapon ingredients as well as carpenters have secret finishings or woodwork joints.
Soul is a cooking show counter, designed in every single detail to optimize the cookery workflow.
Top and sides are made of solid oak wood.
The top is equipped with a Carrara marble cutting board (also suitable for chocolate prep), knife holder and pots, an induction hob, a large space that can be used for every food prep as well as a pastry board and a sink made of hand-turned olive wood.
On the back there are two oak wood drawers with perfectly made dovetail joints, a olive wood towel rail, and shelves for storage.
Oven and fridge are in two separate oak wood cabinets.

“Soul” has been at Regione Toscana FuoriExpo (Chiostri Umanitaria – Via Daverio 7, Milano) from 2nd May to 2nd Nov 2015. Chef Marco Stabile, Cristiano Tomei, Gaetano Trovato, Filippo Saporito cooked “with Soul” during the opening.
